Can I order a single fastener piece?

Yes. Every line on this store is sold by the piece with no minimum order and no minimum order value. Prices are in US dollars and your final order total is confirmed in the cart, before payment.

Can you supply fasteners outside the sizes listed here?

Yes. We hold the sizes shown in stock and produce other sizes, materials and finishes to drawing in small batches. Send the drawing or the bill of materials and we will quote it, usually within one working day.

How quickly do orders ship, and how is freight charged?

Stock items are dispatched within 24–48 hours of cleared payment, Monday to Saturday. Freight is charged on every order and is calculated automatically at checkout from the packed weight of the consignment and the destination — there is no flat rate and no free-shipping threshold. Very heavy or oversized parcels are quoted separately before we charge.
