SFX Fasteners is the online store of SHIFEIXUAN Technology Co., Ltd, a fastener manufacturer and stockist working since 2011. This page is the short version of what sits behind the catalogue: the stock, the inspection, the packing and the people who answer the e-mails.
What we actually do
Three things, in this order.
- We hold the stock. More than 44,000 fastener lines — bolts, screws, nuts, washers, threaded rods, retaining rings, pins, anchors, rivets, kits and the tooling to install them — sit in our own 2,000 m² warehouse. Every listing on this site shows the line count and the live price range that comes out of that inventory, not an estimate.
- We make the parts that are not on the shelf. Non-standard sizes, custom lengths, coatings, head marks, thread forms and packaging, in small batches as well as production runs, worked to DIN, ISO, GB, JIS and GOST.
- We ship them out ourselves. Stock lines are picked, checked and dispatched within 24–48 hours. We pack for export, consolidate pallets and containers, and ship blind for resellers.
Who we supply
A single piece to a full container, and the two ends of that range matter equally to us. A maintenance engineer who needs eight M10 bolts and a distributor who needs eight pallets both get the same price-per-piece model: no minimum order, no minimum order value, and a volume discount that is applied automatically to the order value rather than negotiated behind a login. Resellers get blind dropshipping and container consolidation; trade accounts get proforma invoices and saved order history.
Quality control
Fasteners fail in ways that are invisible on arrival — a soft batch, a wrong grade, a thread cut to the wrong tolerance, plating that hides hydrogen embrittlement. So the checks happen before dispatch, not after a complaint:
- Incoming inspection. Dimensions, thread gauge, across-flats and head height are checked on the batch, not on a sample of one.
- Grade and material. Lines are stocked and picked by grade, marked as 304 / 316 stainless or 8.8 / 10.9 / 12.9 steel, so what arrives is what the order says.
- Batch traceability. Batch numbers are printed on every carton label, which is what makes a claim resolvable rather than a conversation.
- Documentation when you need it. Mill test certificates, test reports and declarations are available on request for the batch you were sent — ask for them when the job needs them and we will match them to your order.
Custom and small-batch work
Most non-standard enquiries do not need a minimum order to clear, so we take them seriously at low volume. Send a drawing, a BOM or a clear photograph with dimensions. We confirm feasibility, tooling cost and lead time, then quote per batch. Where a design is load-bearing, we will say so and ask for the load case rather than quietly supplying the nearest catalogue part.
Export packing and consolidation
Fumigated pallets where the destination requires it, cartons marked with batch and weight, consolidation of mixed orders into one shipment, and the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin that a customs broker asks for. For approved trade partners we ship with no invoice and no price information inside the parcel.
