About this GB 93 washer

This is a washer made to GB 93, in Phosphor Bronze, at strength class Grade 4.8, supplied self colour, with an M8 thread. Every dimension is stated against the standard named above; where a tolerance class matters to your design, ask us and we will confirm it in writing before you order.

A washer spreads the clamp load of the fastener over a wider area of the joint face and keeps the turning nut or head from scoring the part underneath.
