Shipping policy
Dispatch
Stock items are picked and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of cleared payment, Monday to Saturday. Non-standard and made-to-drawing parts ship against the lead time shown on the quotation. A tracking number is e-mailed as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide from our own warehouse in Guangdong, China. We hold no overseas stock, so every order is dispatched from the same place and carries the same batch numbering.
Shipping charges
Freight is charged on every order. There is no free-shipping threshold and no flat rate: the cost is calculated automatically at checkout from the packed weight of your order and the delivery destination, so light orders are not charged at the rate of heavy ones and you pay for what actually ships.
Oversized or very heavy consignments (from roughly 20 kg) are quoted separately. We will always contact you before charging more than the amount shown at checkout. Pallet and container consolidation is available for trade orders — ask us for a quotation.
Transit time
Parcels usually reach these regions in the following times after dispatch:

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees; customs inspection can add several days.
Tracking
A tracking number is e-mailed as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier and is also visible in your account under Orders. If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, VAT and customs handling charges at destination are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the price or the shipping charge. We declare the goods accurately and can supply the commercial invoice and any certificate of origin you need.
Dropshipping and blind shipping
For approved trade partners we ship without an invoice or any price information inside the parcel, with your own packing slip where required.
