1. About these terms
These terms govern every order placed on this store between you and SHIFEIXUAN Technology Co., Ltd (trading as SFX Fasteners), registered in Foshan, Guangdong, China. By placing an order you accept them.
2. Trade accounts
Retail customers may order without registering, and the volume discount applies automatically to every order. A trade account adds saved order history, one-click reorder, proforma invoices and net terms: you register with your company details, we verify them, and those extra features are enabled when you are logged in. We may decline or withdraw a trade account, and trade terms are not transferable.
3. Prices and currency
All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude import duties and taxes levied at destination. Volume discounts are calculated on the order value and applied automatically in the cart. Prices for stock items are valid at the moment of ordering; quotations for non-standard parts are valid for 30 days.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation. If a product turns out to be unavailable we will tell you and refund that line in full.
5. Payment
We accept PayPal, cards processed through PayPal and bank transfer (wire / T/T). Card and PayPal payments are taken when the order is placed, and we never see or store your card details. For a bank transfer we issue a proforma invoice showing our bank details, and we dispatch the goods once the transfer has cleared.
6. Delivery
See the Shipping Policy for dispatch times, carriers and transit estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied.

8. Liability
Fasteners must be selected and installed by a competent person for the load case concerned. We are responsible for supplying goods that match the specification you ordered. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost production or lost profit.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are handled by the competent court of Foshan, Guangdong.
