Paste your item list — a standard, a size, or a full BOM is all we need. We reply with stock status, tier pricing and a lead time within one business day. For custom parts, link a drawing and we will come back with feasibility and tooling cost.
What happens next
- 1. We check stock in the warehouse same day.
- 2. You get a priced list — retail or your tier, whichever is lower.
- 3. Confirm and we dispatch in 24-48h, or schedule production.

Send the same list straight to us:

What to send with an enquiry
- A PDF drawing — the fastest route. Dimensioned drawing or a 2D/3D file, with the standard and the tolerance class marked.
- An Excel or CSV bill of materials — one line per item; we will price it line by line and send it back in the same layout.
- A photograph with dimensions — if there is no drawing, a clear photo next to a ruler plus the thread size is usually enough for a catalogue part.
- A product link or SKU from this site plus the quantity — for anything already listed, this is all we need.
Prefer e-mail? Send the same files straight to info@sfxtec.com. Large drawings are fine as a download link.
What you get back, and how fast
- We check stock the same working day.
- You receive a priced list with stock status and lead time — usually within one working day, and always within two.
- For a custom part, we come back with feasibility, tooling cost and the production lead time before you commit to anything.
Payment and invoicing
We accept PayPal, card payments processed through PayPal and bank transfer (wire / T/T); we never see or store your card details. For a bank transfer we issue a proforma invoice with our bank details and dispatch the goods once the transfer clears; trade accounts can also arrange net terms — register with your company details and we verify them within one working day. Your order total is confirmed before payment, whatever the payment method.
Documents
Mill test certificates, test reports, declarations and a certificate of origin are available on request for the batch you were sent — say so at the enquiry stage if the job needs them.
